Exchange Policy

• Exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
• Defective or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos – we replace it free of charge.
• For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer pays delivery charges.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
