Refund Policy

• Return within 14 days of delivery – unused, with original packaging and tags.
• Earrings, worn, damaged or sale items cannot be returned (unless defective).
• Defective, damaged or wrong item: report within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
• You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched.
• Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
